Admissions

• Priority in admission is provided to the siblings of previous/current enrolled students in the kindergarten.

The student’s age for the start of the academic year on 27/08/2023 must comply with the following conditions:

• New applicants are required to take the following steps to enroll:

  • fill out the application form.

  • attach all necessary official documents (all required documents are listed in the requirements section).

  • Attend the placement test scheduled for the applicant.

    • The placement test will consist of Arabic, English and Mathematics to identify their level and absorptive capabilities. 

  • A personal interview will be given to the applicant by the kindergarten supervisor. 

  • The registration fee will be collected upon the acceptance of the applicant.

• Transferring Applicants to PIPS: A NOC (No Objection Certificate) stating that the applicant has been accepted to complete the procedures of transferring their file from their previous preschool.  

• A copy of the birth certificate.

• A copy of the student's ID card.

• A copy of the father's or guardian's ID card.

• A copy of the student's passport.

• A copy of the guardian's passport showing passport and residency information.

• 4 personal photos.

• The last academic certificate for the student.

• Transferring applicants need a certificate of transfer from the previous kindergarten.

• Academic sequence from the previous kindergarten.

• Medical file.

• A copy of the vaccination certificate.

• All required official papers must be brought before registration in order for them to be registered and included in the lists of classes, otherwise their registration will not be official.
